What if we already have an IT provider?

No problem – we can work alongside your current provider or help you transition smoothly. We'll scope it out so there's no downtime.

What Microsoft 365 services do you manage?

We handle everything: Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, MFA policies, user onboarding/offboarding, security baselines, and health monitoring.

What networking equipment do you work with?

We specialise in Cisco and Ubiquiti (UniFi) deployments. We handle router, switch, and Wi-Fi access point configuration, VLAN design, and remote monitoring.

Do we need to sign a long contract?

We keep things flexible. Most clients start on a 30- or 90-day rolling agreement. Longer-term contracts are available for fixed pricing or guaranteed capacity.

How long does a typical network rollout take?

Small office Wi-Fi deployments can be done in 1-3 days. Larger multi-site projects are scoped individually with clear timelines and milestones.

What's your response time for issues?

We respond within 1 hour during business hours (9-6 UK time). Critical issues are escalated immediately with same-day resolution where possible.

What areas do you cover?

We're London-based and serve businesses across the UK. Remote support is available nationwide, with on-site visits for London and surrounding areas.

Do you provide out-of-hours support?

Our standard service covers business hours with remote monitoring 24/7. Out-of-hours support packages are available for businesses that need around-the-clock coverage.
